Instant Bounceback Notification
Through “point and beam” ekey® technology we can tell you which prospective buyers saw your home while you were out and what they thought of it. Here’s how it works: We place an electric lockbox near your front door. Other realtors must use a password-protected key to unlock it, which releases the key and records the name of the agent, the time they came in and their contact information. Then it shoots a text message to our Palm Pilots the next morning. We then call the realtor, obtain feedback from both buyer and agent and pass it along to you. This is a critical service because real-time response gives us the opportunity to adapt quickly to unforeseen but legitimate obstacles blocking a sale.
